One training at the beginning of 2021 lunar year: Consultative Selling
From Feb 7th to Feb 8th, members of SAIKANG international sales and marketing center, along with managers in the conference room, joined the training: Consultative Sellings.
This course was created by tutor Jacky, researcher of China Business development Institute and overseas lean startup mentor of SJTU. The course covered differences between big and small orders, marketing skills suitable for big order, negotiating skills used in a visit and so on. Theory was combined with the reality. Concept matched cases. Members got a better understanding of marketing skills when they discussed and practised in the process of training.
When the course going on, learners played an active role. All had a strong desire for good marketing skills. Their great performances in the training inspired everyone to become good listeners.
All learned a lot when two-day training finished. It is believed that all salesmen can put what they learned into practise. Hope everything would be well in Year of the Ox (in Chinese zodiac).
