Important quality control
* Seat and backrest are made of PU material, one-piece foam molding. Seat board width of 520mm with a tolerance of ±3mm, molded PU color. Durable and sturdy with good oil resistance, aging resistance, mold resistance, abrasion resistance, and eco-friendly non-toxic properties.
* Built-in iron frame and iron plate, formed by mold cold pressing and welding. Use 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate for the iron plate, special high-speed CNC punch press with dedicated punching die for punching. After cold pressing, the iron plate is welded with the iron frame to form a whole. Load capacity up to 250kg.
* Made of high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting, surface treated with electrostatic powder coating. Armrest length of 385mm, armrest height from the ground of 600mm, chair leg length of 620mm. The armrest is in the shape of an inverted triangle with strong lines. The chair legs are designed in the shape of a golf club. The special non-slip foot pads are used to grip the floor and make no noise when in contact with the floor. The foot pads are not exposed, which is convenient and hygienic, with a strong sense of fashion and stability.
* Load-bearing beam made of 60mm diameter, 2.0mm thickness hexagonal steel tube, processed with drilling and rust removal, and surface treated with electrostatic powder coating. Good load-bearing capacity, elegant appearance, smooth and flat surface, easy to clean.
* Built-in PP foot pads, aesthetically pleasing.
* Seat back and load-bearing beam connected with M8*25 flat head hexagon screws for assembly. Seat back and load-bearing beam connected with M10*80 round head hexagon screws, solid and durable.
* Regular color of PU color card is optional.
