Important quality control
* Material: Backboard ≥ 23 mm; Seat board ≥ 25mm thick high-density polyurethane (PU) (steel frame internal, steel frame standard: Q235 steel pipe) molded. The seat and backrest are designed as a whole for easy cleaning and maintenance, providing stability and aesthetics. Surface hardness:No obvious traces are left on the surface for unintentional scratching, scraping, rubbing, grinding, impact, etc. Ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity and firmness of the seat backboard while providing appropriate elasticity and maximum comfort. The polyurethane (PU) density of the seat is ≥ 380 kg/m3.
* Each individual seat is equipped with two aluminum alloy brackets with dimensions of 300mm*35mm*119mm underneath, and comes with dedicated fixing clips, enhancing load-bearing capacity with a maximum weight of 250kg. Aluminum alloy die-casting, with a surface coated with wear-resistant electrostatic epoxy powder, corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant.
